Summary

We are seeking a talented CAD Designer to join our team in Central and Western New York. This role is crucial in supporting our mission to enhance dairy production through innovative design solutions. As a CAD Designer, you will contribute significantly to our projects focused on milking equipment and robotics.
Responsibilities

• Develop detailed CAD models and drawings for milking equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to create innovative designs that meet client specifications.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all design processes.
• Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders to improve functionality and efficiency.
• Prepare schematics and documentation for manufacturing processes.
• Assist in project planning by providing accurate timelines for design deliverables.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure quality and accuracy of work.
• Stay updated with the latest CAD technologies and trends relevant to the dairy industry.
• Qualifications
• Proficient in Autodesk products with a strong portfolio demonstrating mechanical and architectural design capabilities.
• Experience with Revit or similar CAD software is preferred.
• Strong drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of robotics or agricultural equipment design is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in design solutions.
• Familiarity with industry standards related to dairy production is an advantage.
