CAD Designer – Exhibition & Interior Fit-outs

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative CAD Designer specializing in Exhibition and Interior Fit-outs to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and layouts for exhibitions, kiosks, retail spaces, and interior fit-out projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, creativity, and proficiency in industry-standard design software.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Drafting

• Create 2D technical drawings and 3D visualizations for exhibition stands, retail spaces, and interior fit-out projects.
• Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and shop drawings based on project requirements.
• Ensure designs align with client specifications, branding guidelines, and space utilization principles.
• Modify and update designs based on feedback from clients, project managers, and stakeholders.

Project Coordination

• Work closely with project managers, production teams, and vendors to ensure accurate execution.
• Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other technicians to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct site visits and measurements to validate designs before production and installation.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications for project execution.

Software & Tools Utilization

• Proficiently use AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant software.
• Generate high-quality 3D renders and presentations for client approvals.
• Maintain and organize a library of design templates, materials, and references.
