CAD Draftsman- KFC Pakistan

Location: Lahore

At KFC Pakistan, we design more than restaurants. We design experiences. From iconic storefronts to vibrant interiors, every outlet tells a story. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Designer to bring our spaces to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and report directly to the Architect
• Conduct site surveys and prepare accurate as-built drawings
• Develop presentations showcasing various design concepts and schemes
• Prepare detailed working drawings for:
• Restaurant layouts, Interior detailing in line with brand guidelines, MEP coordination drawings for restaurant operations, Structural coordination drawings (where required)
• Submission and completion drawings
• Develop high-quality 3D models for architecture, interior, and exterior projects including texturing, lighting, and rendering
• Prepare indoor and outdoor competition render sheets
• Interpret and analyze outcomes of different design concepts
• Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and contractors
• Research, plan, and design interior concepts aligned with brand standards
• Prepare architectural quantities and BOQs for initial project costing,

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a CAD Draftsman, preferably within commercial retail or QSR environments.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction methods related to signage.
• Must have hands-on experience in preparing working drawings for:

• Commercial projects
• Residential projects
• High-rise buildings
• Interior detailing
• MEP drawings
• Structural drawings

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary drawings and manage project documentation from concept to completion stage.
