A 20 yr old reputable and forward-thinking construction firm dedicated to delivering high-quality projects ia currently looking for a talented and motivated Construction Draftsmanto join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed construction drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other design software.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers to produce accurate and precise construction documentation.
• Review project specifications and make adjustments to drawings as needed based on feedback.
• Ensure that all drawings comply with relevant building codes and regulatory standards.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions for all projects.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss design changes and construction methods.
• Support the construction team with on-site visits when necessary for clarification.

Requirements

• Min 4 years Proven experience as a Construction Draftsman or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD.
• In-depth understanding of construction methods, materials, and relevant regulations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree or certification in Drafting, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
