Our company provides technical manpower to the UAE’s most prestigious residential and commercial building developers. We are seeking a draftsman who specializes in the mechanical systems required for modern towers, including sophisticated HVAC networks and complex piping systems.

Your role is to ensure that every duct, pipe, and chiller is placed with mathematical precision, allowing for efficient cooling and long-term maintenance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• HVAC & Ducting Layouts: Prepare detailed 2D shop drawings for chilled water systems, AHU/FCU layouts, and complex ductwork for residential and commercial spaces.
• Piping & Fabrication: Develop technical drawings for mechanical piping, including fabrication details for pump rooms and heat exchangers.
• Technical Interpretation: Convert engineering design schematics into site-ready installation drawings that comply with building project specifications.
• Clash Detection & Resolution: Use AutoCAD to perform manual clash detection against structural beams and other MEP services to ensure a smooth installation process on-site.
• Standard Compliance: Ensure all mechanical drawings follow international (ASHRAE/SMACNA) and local UAE building codes for safety and efficiency.
• Project Team Liaison: Coordinate directly with site engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure mechanical drawings are updated and delivered according to the project timeline.
• Precision Documentation: Maintain a high level of accuracy in all annotations, scales, and technical symbols to prevent errors during the construction phase.

Detailed Requirements for Candidates

• Professional History: Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman, with at least 2+ years of GCC/UAE experience in building construction.
• Software Skill: Highly technical knowledge and expertise in AutoCAD. You should be able to produce clean, professional, and accurate drawings under tight deadlines.
• System Knowledge: Deep understanding of mechanical drafting principles, specifically regarding HVAC and mechanical systems in Residential and Commercial buildings.
• Language Proficiency: Good English Communication skills are mandatory for professional reporting and team coordination.
• Must be willing to work under a Manpower Supply model and be ready to relocate to any Emirate (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.) as required.

Benefits:

Salary Budget: AED 4,000 – AED 6,500 plus Accommodation and Transport provided OR Full package of up to AED 8,000 - Negotiable for excellent candidate.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
