CAD MEP Draftsman

Job Title: CAD MEP Draftsman

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) drawings using AutoCAD based on design and site requirements.
• Coordinate closely with MEP engineers to produce accurate and efficient shop drawings.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and related project documentation.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local and international MEP standards and codes.
• Collaborate with the site team to provide as-built drawings and timely updates.
• Review architectural and structural drawings to properly integrate MEP requirements.
• Assist in resolving design and coordination issues during project execution.
• Perform clash detection and report inconsistencies or conflicts to the engineering team.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Drafting or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in MEP drafting within GCC/UAE projects.
• Strong command of AutoCAD and relevant MEP drafting tools.
• Good understanding of MEP coordination, construction drawings, and site procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
