CAD Operator

MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

These are primarily intended to guide the employee to the wide range and utmost level of work performance. This is not an exhaustive list of all the duties and responsibilities that may fall to the post holder but rather a sub-collection of it and shall have an additional responsibilities if found deem appropriate.

• Structural designs of cartons.
• Designs of dies.
• Designing die accessories – Pertinax, stripping units, etc.
• Thoroughly checks all production work orders and provides information on dies/layouts.
• Works in laser machines, plotter machines, and blade bending machines to execute work responsibilities, maintaining quality and product excellence.
• Ensures work orders are accurately executed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in mechanical engineering or its equivalent.
• Broad knowledge in CAD applications.
• Up to date knowledge in material properties at least two years of experience working as a CAD designer in the publishing, packaging, and production industries.
• be able to prioritize tasks, manage time and workflow, and work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Printing & Packaging Industry: 2 years (Required)
• CAD in production house, publishing and packaging industries: 2 years (Required)
