CAD OPERATOR & BIM MODELER

Job Title: BIM and CAD Operator

Job Description:

We are urgently looking for talented BIM & CAD professionals with 2–3 years of experience. Candidates must have hands-on expertise in AutoCAD, BIM Modeling, and technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop BIM models, CAD drawings, and detailed layouts.

Coordinate with design teams for architectural, structural, and MEP works.

Ensure drawings meet international standards and project requirements.

Support project documentation and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in BIM and AutoCAD.

Strong knowledge of detailing and construction documentation.

Ability to work independently and in coordination with international teams.

Location: Perinthalmanna, Malappuram, Kerala(Immediate openings)

Salary: Excellent package offered

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
