Role Objective
To support the product development and production team by executing accurate CAD patterns, grading, and markers as per technical instructions, enabling the senior garment technician lead to focus on approvals, quality, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Pattern & CAD Execution
- Develop patterns using CAD software (Gerber / Gemini / Optitex)
- Digitise manual patterns and convert to CAD
- Apply fit and correction comments as instructed
- Prepare patterns for proto, fit, size set, and bulk stages
- Maintain version control of patterns
Grading & Marker Making
- Grade patterns as per approved size charts
- Prepare markers for sampling and bulk
- Optimise marker efficiency under guidance
- Plot and prepare pattern sets for cutting
Documentation & Data Discipline
- Maintain pattern library and archives
- Record marker efficiencies and revisions
- Follow internal file-naming and storage SOPs
Coordination
- Coordinate with sampling, cutting, and production teams for pattern clarifications
- Escalate issues or doubts immediately to the Technical Head
Skills & Experience
- 5 years and above experience in CAD pattern making
- Hands-on experience with Gerber / Gemini / Optitex (any one mandatory)
- Exposure to woven garments (knits an added advantage)
- Good understanding of garment construction basics
- Attention to detail and discipline in execution

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
