Should have Building Construction Experience ( Residential , commercial & High Rise building )

Job Description:
We are looking for a CAD Plumbing Draftsman with experience in preparing plumbing shop drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The candidate should be familiar with UAE standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare plumbing shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate drawings with other MEP and architectural disciplines.
• Revise drawings based on consultant/client comments.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and local authority standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing records.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Civil drafting or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in plumbing drafting (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, sewer, stormwater).
• Familiar with UAE codes and standards (DEWA/ADDC/DM preferred).
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
