The role of CAD Plumbing Draftsman is essential for the high-quality execution of residential and commercial building projects. We are looking for a highly technical professional who can manage the plumbing and drainage drafting for Residential/Commercial Buildings projects

The Role of a CAD Plumbing Draftsman

In a residential tower, the plumbing and drainage systems are incredibly complex. As a CAD Plumbing Draftsman, you are responsible for the technical mapping of water supply networks, sewerage systems, and stormwater management. Your accuracy ensures that the building’s life-safety and sanitation systems work perfectly from the ground floor to the penthouse.

Core Roles & Responsibilities

• Plumbing Shop Drawings: Develop high-detail layouts for domestic water supply (Hot & Cold), sewerage, and stormwater systems using AutoCAD.
• Specialized System Drafting: Create detailed drawings for water filtration systems, pump room layouts, and central water heating systems.
• MEP Coordination: Ensure plumbing pipes are coordinated with electrical conduits and mechanical ducts to eliminate on-site installation conflicts.
• Local Authority Standards: Adhere strictly to Dubai Municipality, ADM, and Civil Defense codes for plumbing and public health engineering.
• As-Built Creation: Update redline drawings from the site to create final As-Built documentation for building handover.
• Quantity Calculations: Extract accurate material quantities from CAD drawings to assist the procurement and commercial teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the lead MEP engineer to ensure all plumbing designs are feasible and cost-effective.

Candidate Qualifications & Skills

• Experience Level: 3+ years of total drafting experience, including 2+ years of mandatory experience in the UAE/GCC.
• Sector Focus: Must have specific experience in Building Construction (Residential towers, high-rise buildings, and commercial malls).
• Technical Knowledge: Highly technical expertise in AutoCAD and a deep understanding of plumbing systems and PHE drafting principles.
• Communication: Good English Communication skills are essential for this role.
• Relocation: Must be comfortable with Manpower Supply and be prepared to relocate to any Emirate (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, etc.) for project sites.

Remuneration & Application

• Monthly Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,500 + Accommodation + Transport/AED 8000 Full package - Negotiable for Excellent Candidates.
• Immediate joiners currently in the UAE are highly preferred/Max 30 Days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
