CAD & Revit Professional

We are looking for a skilled CAD & Revit Professional to join our design and engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and construction documentation using AutoCAD and Revit. The candidate should have experience working on architectural, structural, or MEP projects and possess a strong understanding of industry standards and design practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 2D drawings and 3D BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Prepare architectural, structural, and/or MEP construction documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
• Create floor plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and shop drawings.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Update drawings and models based on design revisions and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
• Support BIM implementation and maintain project documentation standards.
• Assist in quantity take-offs, material schedules, and project reporting.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical drafting support throughout project lifecycles.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, Drafting Technology, or a related field.
• 2–8+ years of experience in CAD drafting and Revit modeling.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and BIM workflows.
• Experience producing detailed design and construction documentation.
• Ability to interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• BIM Certification or Revit Certification.
• Experience with BIM 360, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or Navisworks.
• Knowledge of architectural, structural, or MEP disciplines.
• Experience working on commercial, residential, industrial, healthcare, or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with international drafting and BIM standards.
