Job Description: Business Development Executive - SolidWorks CAD

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for SolidWorks and 3DEXPERIENCE portfolio solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Understand client technical requirements, pain points, and workflows to propose appropriate design solutions.
- Technical Demonstrations: Conduct online or on-site product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the value of SolidWorks.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, qualification, and proposal generation to negotiation and closing.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed records in CRM.
- Collaboration: Work closely with application engineers for pre-sales technical support.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in sales or business development, specifically in CAD/CAE software or mechanical design.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of CAD/CAM/CAE technologies and engineering design processes.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record in achieving sales targets and conducting effective negotiations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and client meetings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
