CAD Structural Draftsman

Job Title: CAD Structural Draftsman

Location: UAE (must be flexible to travel across other Emirates)

Experience:

• Minimum 4+ years total experience
• At least 3+ years of GCC project experience

Industry:

Building Construction – Residential, Commercial & High-Rise Buildings

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed structural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and layouts for high-rise building projects.
• Develop reinforcement detailing, structural framing plans, and shop drawings as per project requirements.
• Coordinate closely with structural engineers, architects, and other disciplines to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance.
• Modify and update drawings based on engineering instructions, RFIs, and site requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with UAE codes, standards, and company drafting guidelines.
• Maintain proper document control and file management while adhering to project timelines.
• Review drawings for accuracy, clarity, and completeness before submission.
• Support the project team during design reviews and site queries.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of UAE experience as a Structural Draftsman.
• Strong experience in high-rise building projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an added advantage).
• Excellent knowledge of structural detailing (concrete & steel).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
