CAD Survey Tech Designer-Telecom

Complete Design Solutions is seeking an individual with 3+ years of experience to fill an immediate full-time contract (with potential for permanent) Land Survey and OSP CAD Technician position as a team member in or near Des Moines, IA, Quad Cities, IA/IL, Kansas City, KS or Omaha NE.

We specialize in Wireless Telecommunications tower sites, DAS, small cell and fiber optic OSP design for clients throughout the United States. This contract position has the potential to become a full-time permanent position with benefits following a 6-12 month probationary period. Typical 40-50 hours per week. Salary will be based on experience. This position is a remote / cyber commute position. Qualified candidates will work from home / remote and will be expected to provide adequate speed internet access and a reasonable home office space.

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Survey Technician with field work (preferred).
• Experience researching local municipalities for site related documents and maintaining information in a cloud-based system.
• CAD (C3D) experience is required.
• Experience reading/recreating deeds, plats and right-of-way plans.
• Ability to function and interact effectively with peers and senior staff as a team player.
• Attention to detail, quality oriented, able to take constructive suggestions / direction.
• Driven and focused with excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude, service oriented with a good attendance record.
• Must be able to multi-task and work independently from home.
• Additional experience using Microsoft Office, Word Excel, Blue Beam and/or Adobe.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Education: 2 year college / vocational degree / diploma or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
