As a Caddy at Happy’s, you’ll be the face our guests see when they walk in the door, ensuring they feel right at home and ready to have a blast! You’ll help set guests up at our awesome golf bays and bowling lanes, answer phones, assist with booking parties and so much more!

What we’re looking for:

✨ Golf knowledge is a huge plus!

Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner

- ID guests
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries

- Set guests up on golf bays and bowling lanes
- Operate the POS system, such as Toast POS, to process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/caddie area and venue
- Assist with other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest relations and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Toast POS, is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Must have weekend availability
