We are hiring a
CAD+T Designer
to join our client’s technical design and production team for high-end hospitality furniture and FF&E projects.
This role requires strong experience using
CAD+T software
to develop detailed, accurate, and production-ready drawings for custom furniture pieces.
You will be responsible for converting design concepts into
parametric models, shop drawings, cutting lists, hardware details, and manufacturing documentation
used by production teams.
If you’ve previously worked in furniture manufacturing, joinery, bespoke production, or hospitality FF&E, this role is a strong match.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed
CAD+T-based shop drawings
, 2D/3D models, and manufacturing documentation.

Create
parametric furniture models
and project-specific components within the CAD+T environment.

Generate
cutting lists, CNC files, BOMs, and assembly drawings
.

Work closely with the design team to interpret concepts, materials, finishes, and hardware specifications.

Ensure production feasibility by applying correct joinery techniques, clearances, tolerances, and structural details.

Update drawings based on design revisions, RFIs, and site coordination requirements.

Coordinate with production, CNC operators, and project managers to ensure accuracy and manufacturability.

Maintain proper drawing standards, naming conventions, and version control.
What We're Looking For

3–7 years of experience as a
CAD+T Designer
,
Technical Designer
, or Draftsman in
furniture, joinery, or FF&E manufacturing
.

Hands-on experience with
CAD+T software
(mandatory or strongly preferred).

Strong knowledge of
AutoCAD
, and familiarity with
SketchUp / 3ds Max
is a plus.

Excellent understanding of
furniture construction, timber/metal joinery, hardware, and material behavior
.

Experience working with
hospitality furniture, bespoke/custom furniture
, or fit-out projects.

Ability to prepare
complete production packages
with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with design, production, and site teams.

Ability to handle multiple drawing packages and deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
