This position is responsible for providing excellent guest service to our mid to high end guests by providing information pertaining to their comp limits special services and amenities available, as well as any special targeted player events.
- Coordinates activities and programs of the Caesars Rewards staff.
- Instructs, directs, and coaches team members.
- Ensures maximum Total Rewards Center and floor coverage.
- Keeps area clean and well stocked with supplies.
- Handles customer complaints at the Caesars Rewards Centers.
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive materials. Creates and issues Caesars Rewards cards and promotes the program.
- Assists in the hiring of new personnel.
- Assists in the development and administration of training programs for department personnel.
- Completes department reports as required.
- Maintains communication for interdepartmental Caesars Rewards programs.
- Maintains database integrity by following high standards of data entry.
- Ensures the protection of customer’s rewards and credit lines. Completes other assigned projects.
- Promotes Harrah's Las Vegas by interacting with customers in an enthusiastic, helpful and friendly manner.
- Meets attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
Offers to help in other Caesars Rewards related duties at management request.
- One-year previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience with the proven ability to provide courteous, friendly and efficient service to customers.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Must be outgoing, energetic and possess a positive attitude toward job and company.
- Must enjoy interacting with guests and always looking for service opportunities.
- Must be able to supervise small groups of Caesars Rewards employees and all their activities.
- Must have an understanding of Harrah’s Caesars Rewards program and the ability to analyze customer tracking.
- Must be able to make sound comping decisions. Computer experience is required with the ability to type 35 wpm.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to obtain a Gaming Sheriff’s card.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming license through the state of Nevada.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Is able to work in smoke filled environment and is able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.
