• Barista experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right people

Position Details:This role will begin at our Stanley Café location and function as a flexible position across all four of our cafés (Lowry, Stanley, RiNo, and Downtown), depending on business needs.

Schedule & Employment Type:

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• Expected hours: 15–25 per week

Compensation:

• Guaranteed minimum: $25.00 per hour (including tips)
• Base pay: $14.52 per hour + average $10.48/hour in tips
• Tip averages are based on 2025 reporting and may vary depending on factors such as location, shift, and service quality
