Café Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for a professional, presentable, and creative individual to manage and coordinate our café operations. This role requires someone who can prepare coffee and light snacks efficiently, maintain high hygiene standards, and engage effectively with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and light snacks efficiently.

Coordinate daily café operations to ensure smooth workflow.

Suggest and implement new ideas to enhance the café menu.

Maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards.

Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for customers.

Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Requirements:

Prior experience in café operations or similar role preferred.

Presentable, professional, and well-groomed.

Creative, proactive, and able to contribute new ideas.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to operate café equipment quickly and efficiently.
