Job Summary

We are looking for a strong and experienced Café Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our specialty coffee outlet in Al Ain.

The ideal candidate must have solid experience managing a busy café or specialty coffee shop, with strong leadership skills, excellent operational knowledge, and the ability to manage the team, service standards, sales, inventory, and overall outlet performance.

This is a hands-on management role for someone who can take full responsibility for the outlet and maintain high standards across operations, customer service, coffee quality, cleanliness, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the café.
• Lead, supervise, motivate, and develop the café team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of specialty coffee preparation and presentation.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules according to operational requirements.
• Monitor daily sales and work towards achieving outlet targets.
• Control food and beverage costs, wastage, and operational expenses.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, ordering, and receiving.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and municipality standards.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve operational issues immediately.
• Conduct regular team briefings and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Coordinate with kitchen, coffee, HR, accounts, procurement, and management teams.
• Monitor product quality and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, service, and overall café performance.
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Café Manager is mandatory.
• Strong preference for candidates with specialty coffee shop experience.
• Good understanding of café operations, coffee service, food service, inventory, and cost control.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to manage a busy outlet independently.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Professional, disciplined, organized, and hands-on approach.
• Must be willing to work in Al Ain, UAE.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE will be preferred.
• Immediate or short-notice joiners will be an advantage.

Salary

AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
