</li><li>Supervise and support caf&eacute; staff

</li><li>Oversee coffee preparation and barista operations
</li><li>Handle staff scheduling and attendance
</li><li>Monitor stock levels and place orders when needed
</li><li>Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
</li><li>Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
</li><li>Ensure sales targets and operational goals are achieved
</li></ul><div>Requirements:

<ul><li>Previous experience as a Caf&eacute; Manager or in a similar role
</li><li>Experience in coffee preparation and barista operations
</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills
</li><li>Ability to manage a team and work under pressure
</li><li>Good knowledge of caf&eacute; operations and customer service
</li><li>English communication skills required
