Position : Cafe Incharge (Bakery & Restaurant-Based)

Experience : 3–5 years of relevant experience in bakery, café, restaurant, or hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall branch operations and staff performance.
Supervise daily bakery & café activities.
Ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Monitor sales, inventory, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
Handle customer complaints and branch administration.

Requirements:

Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good understanding of bakery & restaurant operations.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
