CAFE MANAGER

  • Welcoming and taking care of the customer, ensures excellent customer service is being personally involved in their well-being.
  • Ensures the efficient flow of service and standards are constantly met daily.
  • Manages employees ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.
  • Handles and responds to customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintains all the team always wearing the standard uniform and the highest of standard in hygiene and grooming and leading by example to other staff.
  • Accomplishes café’s human resources objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, counselling, coaching, monitoring, appraising performances of the team member for both front and back of the house.
  • Ensures standards and controls for health and safety, hygiene, risk assessments, manual handling is maintained as prescribed by legislation, the company, and independent auditors.
  • Requirements:
  • Male, any nationality
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related diploma in Food and Beverage
  • Minimum of 3 years in Café operations (local/franchised)
  • Proficiency in bar operations (coffee standards, inventory, FOODICS/POS, w/ ready Baladiya Permit)
  • Works under pressure and with diversity.
