Cafe Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high-quality food and beverage standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing cafe performance, and ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities: Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and profitability.

Customer Service & Quality Control:

  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
  • Implement feedback from customers to improve the cafe experience.

Team Leadership & Staff Management:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise cafe staff.
  • Create work schedules and assign duties.
  • Motivate and manage staff performance to ensure productivity.

Marketing & Sales:

  • Develop promotions, special offers, and loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate on social media and marketing strategies to attract customers.
  • Analyze sales data to improve profitability and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similar hospitality role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets and sales performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
