Cafe Manager

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Coffee Shop Manager or in a similar F&B leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage daily operations, staff schedules, and performance
• Experience in inventory control, ordering, and cost management
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic financial knowledge (P&L, budgeting, cost control)
• Proficient in POS systems and reporting

Mandatory Requirement:

• Must be able to speak Arabic fluently
