Chef Manager – Cafe (Full Time) Location: Mall-based café

Job Summary

We are seeking a sales-driven Chef Manager to lead the culinary and commercial performance of a beautifully designed café. This role is ideal for a chef (preferably a pastry chef) with strong experience in menu management, cost control, sales growth, and social media coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen food production operations (we only have a very small kitchen)
• Plan, develop, and optimize menus with a focus on profitability
• Actively reduce food costs and wastage while maintaining quality
• Drive sales growth through menu engineering, promotions, and upselling .
• Take ownership of increasing revenue and improving margins
• Support and oversee effective social media management and food content planning
• Ensure excellent food presentation and consistent standards and regulations are followed.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and operational compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef Manager, Head Chef, or Pastry Chef in a café or similar setting *Pastry chef background preferred
• Strong understanding of sales-driven food concepts and cost control Experience with social media or digital content for food brands is an advantage
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential
• Commercial mindset with strong leadership and organizational skills
