Cafe Server (Cafe Osceola)

Summary:

The Cafe Server will provide outstanding guest service by serving food and beverages to restaurant guests, pre-setting the restaurant, maintaining side workstations, clearing tables during and after each meal, and properly storing equipment at the end of each shift. They will courteously handle all guest requests based on Company Standards to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a professional manner.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell items.
• Clear tables and assist with guest requests.
• Set up and close the restaurant efficiently.
• Uphold the company's drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies within the workplace.
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience/Qualifications:

• A minimum of six months of server experience is required.
• Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
