<Duties>

• Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and light food items while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate sales processing.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks while adhering to food handling protocols.
• Assist customers with inquiries about menu items, products, or services to enhance their overall experience.
• Support inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.

<Skills>

• Proven experience as a barista or in the food service industry with strong coffee knowledge preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively engage with diverse guests.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality standards.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and serving techniques to ensure guest safety.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in food preparation and service tasks.
