A company is looking for a CAFE MANAGER who will oversee daily operations, including staff supervision (training, scheduling), customer service, inventory/ordering, financial management (budgets, cash control), and ensuring health/safety compliance, all while fostering a welcoming environment and driving profitability through menu planning, promotions, and resolving issues. Key duties involve hands-on leadership, operational efficiency, and strategic thinking to maintain quality and boost sales.
Core Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Train, schedule, and supervise baristas and kitchen staff; provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Operations Oversight: Manage daily tasks, ensure smooth service, maintain cleanliness, and uphold all health, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Customer Experience: Ensure excellent service, resolve complaints professionally, build customer loyalty, and create a positive atmosphere.
- Financial & Inventory Control: Monitor budgets, manage costs, order supplies, track inventory, and report on performance.
- Menu & Marketing: Plan menus, suggest new items, oversee food preparation, and implement promotions or marketing plans to attract customers.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience within GCC in hospitality or food service, often with a background in customer service.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and business management principles.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Locally available in Qatar.
- Immediate joiner with valid QID (Transferrable visa).
