We are looking for a hands-on and responsible person to manage a restaurant branch. The candidate must work in the kitchen and also manage the team and daily operations.
Responsibilities:
-Manage daily branch operations
-Work as a chef and help in food preparation
Supervise staff and assign tasks
-Train and develop team members
-Ensure food quality and service standards
-Create and improve menu items
-Manage daily orders, stock, and suppliers
Oversee order-taking and customer service area
-Handle maintenance and solve daily issues
Control waste and reduce losses (food & cost control)
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in restaurants
Experience in supervising or managing a team
Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure
Good understanding of kitchen and operations.
