Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service with a positive attitude
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
• Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently, including processing payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and equipment
• Restock supplies such as cups, napkins, condiments, and ingredients to ensure smooth operations
• Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold hygiene standards at all times
• Assist with opening or closing duties as needed to ensure the cafe runs seamlessly throughout the day

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a lively environment
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
• A proactive attitude with a passion for creating positive guest experiences
