Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CAFM Operator to manage and operate the CAFM system effectively. The role involves ensuring accurate data entry, efficient work order management, reporting, and close coordination with facilities teams to support smooth operations and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage CAFM software for maintenance activities.
  • Create, assign, monitor, and close work orders in the CAFM system.
  • Update asset registers, PPM schedules, and service histories.
  • Coordinate with facility teams to ensure timely job completion.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports from CAFM system.
  • Maintain accurate records of assets, inventory, and maintenance logs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system compliance.
  • Support audits and management reporting requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management / Engineering / IT (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a CAFM Operator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of CAFM systems (e.g., Maximo, Archibus, Planon, etc.).
  • Good computer skills (MS Excel, reporting tools).
  • Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
