Responsible for managing and optimizing Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems within the organization. This role requires a strong technical understanding of CAFM systems, Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of CAFM systems, managing statutory records, and ensuring the efficient use of information systems and software. Additionally responsible to advising the clients and FMC on beneficial development of the CAFM and associated systems, through the production of bespoke business cases, estimating the costs and ROI.
CAFM Systems Management: Serve as the super user/administrator for the TBC CAFM systems. Facilitate implementation, maintenance, and updates to data and drawings. Generate and provide reports to the TBC FM Senior Management Team. 2. Statutory Records and Compliance: Maintain statutory records of equipment, services, and contracts, ensuring adherence to relevant statutory requirements. 3. Information System Library: Establish and manage an information system library, including the upload of corporate documents, cataloguing/indexing with appropriate security measures. Monitor and ensure efficient use of information across the drives within TBC FM. 4. Electronic Filing and Archiving: Act as the principal guardian of the Directorate's information systems. Develop and implement procedures for electronic filing and archiving within the Directorate. 5. CAFM User Group: Organize, chair, and manage the CAFM User Group for TBC FM on a quarterly basis. Recruitment, Performance Management System (PMS) Procedure 6. FM IT Systems Support: Lead day-to-day operations and service support for FM IT systems, ensuring that CAFM system modules and other relevant software are kept up to date. 7. Additional Duties: Perform other related responsibilities as required by the department Qualifications & Experience: • 10+ years in Facilities management, minimum bachelor’s degree in FM discipline, IWFM Certified • Proven experience with CAFM systems and administrative functions. • Minimum IELTS level 6 or equivalent
