Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Cake Artist to execute high-quality custom cakes with precision, speed, and consistency. The role involves advanced 2D & 3D decoration using buttercream and fondant, with a strong focus on clean finishing and accurate design replication.

You will handle detailed custom orders under tight deadlines while maintaining strict quality and presentation standards. A strong eye for design, color accuracy, and efficiency in production is essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced expertise in 2D & 3D cake decoration, with strong attention to structure, detailing, and clean finishing
• High-level piping skills with consistent control, precision, and creativity
• Strong understanding of color theory with the ability to mix and match colors accurately and consistently
• Proven experience in buttercream artistry, including sharp edges, smooth finishes, and modern textures
• Solid experience in fondant work, including flawless covering, sculpting, toppers, and figure work
• Ability to execute custom, high-detail cakes under tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Strong capability to accurately replicate reference designs
• Excellent sense of design, proportion, and overall finishing standards
• Ability to work efficiently with speed while maintaining high-quality output
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on consistency and precision
