Schedule: Friday & Saturday | 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Total Duration: 40 Hours (10 Classes)
Compensation: QAR 60/hour (Total: QAR 2,400 per course)

About the Role

Leaders Training Centre is looking for a hands-on Pastry & Cake Baking Trainer to deliver a beginner-level course.

This role is ideal for:
✔ Freelance bakers
✔ Home-based cake artists
✔ Pastry chefs looking for extra income
✔ Anyone passionate about teaching baking

What You’ll Teach

• Cake baking & decoration (buttercream, layering, finishing)
• French pastries (croissants, macarons, éclairs)
• Bread basics (savory, sourdough, pizza dough)
• Desserts (cookies, brownies, muffins, Arabic sweets)

What We’re Looking For

• Practical experience in cake baking / pastry / desserts
• Ability to conduct hands-on training sessions
• Good communication skills
• Passion for teaching and guiding beginners
