Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all products.
• Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery and workstations in accordance with food safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and report ingredient requirements.
• Complete customer orders within the required timelines.
• Assist in developing new cake designs and seasonal products.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of professional baking equipment (e.g., blenders, mixing machines, sheeters, etc.)
