Job Summary:

Nifta Cafe is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista cum Ice Cream Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing specialty coffee, ice cream, milkshakes, and desserts while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare coffee, tea, and other hot and cold beverages.

- Prepare and serve ice cream, milkshakes, and dessert items according to company standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee and dessert station.

- Ensure consistent product quality and presentation.

- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages.

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

- Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Barista and/or Ice Cream Maker.

- Knowledge of espresso machines and beverage preparation.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Positive attitude, team player, and willing to work flexible shifts.
