Job Overview:
MaxRemind is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Call Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing call recordings, ensuring quality standards, and supporting medical billing operations through accurate data interpretation and reporting. This role requires strong listening skills, particularly for US accents, and a solid understanding of medical billing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to and analyze inbound and outbound call recordings for quality and accuracy
• Evaluate calls based on predefined quality standards and compliance requirements
• Identify errors, gaps, and improvement areas in call handling and billing processes
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation using Microsoft Excel
• Provide feedback and insights to improve overall call performance and efficiency
• Assist in maintaining quality assurance benchmarks within the team
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of medical billing (Must)
• Understanding of medical terminology and claim processes
• Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent English listening skills (especially for US accent)
• Strong communication and comprehension abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting & data handling)
• Good analytical and observation skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
