Job Purpose:
To provide high-quality customer support via phone calls and chat, representing Globo Tech professionally; resolving customer issues, inquiries, and maintaining high standards of communication and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls & live chats with customers
- Respond to customer enquiries about products/services accurately and politely
- Resolve complaints or escalate difficult issues as needed
- Keep records of calls/chats properly (using CRM or relevant software)
- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards
- Maintain professionalism, clarity, and politeness in all conversations
Requirements / Candidate Profile:
- Must have strong English skills in speaking, writing, and comprehension — clear pronunciation, good grammar e.g. you studied at a very good / out-class English university or equivalent standard
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Passionate, responsible, reliable, with a strong work ethic
- Basic computer literacy (typing speed, navigating software)
- Good listening skills, patience, customer-oriented mindset
- Minimum education: Intermediate / A-Levels (or equivalent)
- Experience: Freshers welcome but any experience in call/chat support is a plus
