The Role


We are seeking a Detail-Oriented Virtual Assistant to join our Customer Success Team – Silver & Gold as a Call Auditor.

Joining the Silver & Gold team means more than just reviewing calls — it’s about being part of a mission to deliver exceptional client experiences and help our consultants grow. You’ll play a key role in maintaining quality standards, scoring calls objectively, and giving feedback that directly helps consultants improve and succeed.

This is a full-time, remote position (40 hours/week) where you’ll receive hands-on training, sample calls, and full support from our Team Leads and Coaches. It’s a perfect opportunity for someone who loves structure, values consistency, and wants to grow alongside a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do


Call Auditing & Evaluation

  • Review and audit consultant calls following a structured template and rubric.
  • Score calls objectively based on defined performance criteria.
  • Document feedback, observations, and scoring results clearly.

Escalation & Collaboration

  • Identify and flag calls that require escalation or coaching intervention.
  • Collaborate with Team Leads and Coaches to support ongoing training and performance improvement.

Confidentiality & Accuracy

  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling all call-related information.

Requirements


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
  • Good written communication skills for clear documentation.
  • Ability to remain objective and consistent in scoring.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in auditing, quality assurance, or call reviews is a plus, but not required.
