Call Center Agent - Dental Clinic - IN OFFICE POSITION

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Agent to join our patient care team. As the first point of contact for our dental clinic, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy
• Schedule and confirm appointments using our practice management software
• Verify insurance benefits and explain treatment costs to patients
• Update and maintain accurate patient records in our CRM system
• Address patient inquiries about dental procedures and office policies
• Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans and appointments
• Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems and data entry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Healthcare or medical industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with insurance verification processes
