Call Center Agent

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a motivated and professional female Call Center Agent to join our team. The main responsibility of this role is to make daily outbound calls to our database using the provided script, record responses accurately, and ensure effective communication with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make daily outbound calls to contacts from the company’s database following the provided script.
  • Accurately log call outcomes, feedback, and client information into the CRM/database.
  • Follow up on unsuccessful or pending calls according to the schedule.
  • Answer initial client queries and transfer leads to the relevant sales/marketing team.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and positive tone during all interactions.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and performance KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to improve scripts and calling strategies when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate only.
  • Previous experience in call center, telemarketing, or customer service is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and clear, confident telephone voice.
  • Ability to strictly follow scripts while adapting to client responses.
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Patience, persistence, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks professionally.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems (training will be provided if needed).
  • English language proficiency is required (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).

Working Conditions:

  • Location: ,Business Bay, Dubai
  • Type: Part-time (10 am to 4 pm)
  • Salary: Fixed monthly salary
  • Reporting to: Call Center Supervisor / Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 36 per week
