Call Center Agent – Monaco Clinic

Job Description:

Monaco Clinic is seeking a professional and motivated Call Center Agent to join our front-line team. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing high-quality service, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries with care and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner
  • Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments using the clinic’s booking system
  • Provide accurate information about services, doctors, and clinic procedures
  • Follow up with patients regarding upcoming appointments or additional documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure patient information is accurately entered into the system
  • Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
  • Handle complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or medical reception is a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and stay organized
  • Familiarity with medical terminology or clinic management systems is preferred
  • Proficient in computer use (email, data entry, scheduling software)
  • English proficiency required (Arabic is a plus)

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
