Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their interactions with our company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide additional information
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues, resolving complaints, and offering solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document information and generate reports as needed
• Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients
• Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement

Experience

• Previous call center experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages
• Strong customer support skills with a focus on client services
• Proficient computer skills including data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
• Experience in sales or cash handling is a plus
• Strong typing skills with attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, New grad

Pay: Up to E£18,000.00 per month
