Customer Service Representative

iSchool, an innovative e-learning platform dedicated to teaching programming and artificial intelligence to students aged 6 to 18, is on the hunt for a passionate Customer Service Representative. In this pivotal role, you will engage with our students, parents, and educators to ensure a seamless learning experience. You will assist with inquiries, provide guidance on our courses, troubleshoot issues, and foster a supportive environment that encourages student growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries through various channels, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Assist customers with enrollment, course selection, and payment processing.
  • Resolve technical issues related to our online learning platform.
  • Educate customers on our offerings and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
  • Document customer interactions and track resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar.
  • B2 level English required for clear written and spoken communication.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable using customer service tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for education and a genuine desire to assist others.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
