Customer Service Agent – English Inbound

QuickfirmX is hiring Customer Service Agents for Naos Solutions – English-speaking inbound accounts in Maadi. Handle customer calls and emails, ensuring smooth and high-quality support for international clients.

About the Role

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Resolve issues related to services, accounts, or products
  • Follow internal processes and quality guidelines
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Accurately log all call details
  • Attend training and meet performance targets
  • Collaborate with team leaders and internal departments

Requirements

· English level: Minimum C1 (Fluent)

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Must be able to work onsite in Maadi

· Graduates, gap year students, and dropouts eligible

· Previous call centre experience is a must

· Typing speed and computer skills for email interactions

Shifts

· Fixed night shift: 4 PM – 1 AM

· Days worked: 5 days/week (Sat & Sun off)

· Lunch/dinner break: 1 hour

Benefits

  • Salary: 11,000 EGP Gross
