  • Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify customer needs, answer questions, and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and efficiency.
  • Process orders, forms, and applications as required.
  • Document all call information and actions taken in the customer database.
  • Follow communication scripts and use knowledge bases to guide customer interactions.
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Patient, empathetic, and a professional phone manner.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult calls calmly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
