Call Center Agent

We are looking for Call Center Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
• Provide accurate information regarding products or services.
• Record and maintain detailed customer interaction logs.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or relevant departments.
• Meet performance targets including call quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

Salary & Benefits:

• PKR 25,000 + commission
