Call Center Agent

1-2 years Call Center or Customer Service experience, ideally in pharma/healthcare.

Strong Communication and Negotiation skills.

Knowledge of Pharmaceutical products (a plus).

Proficient in Microsoft Office or related software.

Strong Multitasking, Prioritization, and attention to detail.
